To provide Modmail services, Vexa collects and stores limited data, including:

• Discord User IDs (for tracking threads and blocklists)
• Discord Server IDs (for server configuration)
• Message content (temporarily stored and logged to your server's designated log channels)

2. How We Use Information

The information we collect is strictly used to facilitate the Modmail functionality. We do not sell your data or use it for any purpose outside of the bot's core features.

3. Data Storage & Deletion

Most message data is relayed directly to Discord channels and not stored on our databases long-term. You may request the deletion of your server's configuration data by removing the bot and contacting our support team.

4. Third-Party Access

We do not share your data with any third parties, except as required to maintain the bot's connection to the Discord API.
